Our Menu for the Week

I'm late in posting this- we had a very busy weekend in Omaha!!!

Since we were on our stay-cation at Coco Key, Saturday and Sunday consisted of eating out at various restaurants and fast-food joints. Pizza Hut, Burger King, Tradewinds and PF Changs, Lazlos.... mmmm.


For the rest of the week, our menu is:

Homemade Waffles, Scrambled Eggs with Sausage
Beef Enchiladas (Thank you Pioneer Woman! Just as I thought I would never have a good bite of Mexican Food in Nebraska...)
Chicken Fried Steak, Green Beans, Rolls
Grilled Hamburgers & Hot Dogs
Homemade Pizza with bell peppers & olives
