Both Korben and Eli are attending pre-school MWF mornings- and that has been a tremendous blessing so far. Hazel naps while they are away and I have plenty of time to clean, relax, work on MOPs stuff, Photography etc. It's wonderful! At home, though, we are doing part-time homeschool- typically 3-4 days a week for 1-2 hours. I don't ever push the boys. If they aren't up for it, then we don't do it. If they only want to work for a little while, I respect that. The past week, though, they have been so excited and have asked to homeschool.
My own binder has all of our lesson plans as well as my Bible verse for the homeschool year. The other books photographed are Bible Character lessons, Bedtime Warriors (A devotional), Handwriting without tears, and 2 pre-school activity books (cutting, tracing, follow-directions, science, math, etc.) We also utilize Kumon books for numbers, letters, tracing, etc. We LOVE Kumon.
A friend of mine blessed us greatly with the monthly Butterflies Pre-school curriculum. We will not do this very strictly, but will utilize the lesson plans as we need them. She also gave us a huge carton of file folder games. We have been using these quite a bit during rest time as they keep the boys quiet in their beds.
