We spent the 3rd in Gretna with cousins and our own slew of fireworks. The festivities began with daylight fireworks: smoke bombs, snaps, snakes and tanks and ended with a display run by Aunt Remmy and Aunt Marli. We also enjoyed watching the neighbors blow up a roll of firecrackers- $76 worth! - in a long line down the cul-du-sac. It took 18.5min to complete!
