This week's letter was 'Ii'. We learned words like, Igloo & Iguana. Our vocabulary words were "cookie, dough and Ingredients" and our shape was a circle. It was Thanksgiving this week, so to go along with our theme, I brought out our Igloo tent (which very quickly transformed into a garage-- complete with bedspread driveway) and we made turkey cookies (circle shaped) for Thanksgiving Day. We also spent an afternoon painting insects.
